Mike O’Brien is the president of ArenaNet. He is the executive producer of Guild Wars 2, and led the design and content teams of the original Guild Wars. Prior to co-founding ArenaNet in 2000, he worked at Blizzard Entertainment, where he was the original creator of Battle.net. In September 1999 he was featured as one of the most influential people in the game industry in PC Gamer’s cover story “Game Gods”.
