Matthew Moore is the lead of the Mercenary Team, the factotums of ArenaNet’s Quality Assurance department. Prior to ArenaNet, he worked at Microsoft Game Studios as a trainer and software tester, and he once made a living selling tailor-made sheepskin seat covers. In his spare time, he hosts pub trivia, designs card games, and ponders whether the plural of factotum should really be factota.
